Drexel Academy recently hosted an Open House that brought together community members, faculty and staff, the Calumet Park Fire Department, and prospective students for a day of connection, learning, and fun. The event was a wonderful opportunity for everyone to experience the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere of our school.
Community members and prospective families had the chance to tour our facilities, meet our dedicated faculty and staff, and learn about the various programs that make Drexel Academy a unique place for education. The Calumet Park Fire Department was on hand, engaging attendees with demonstrations and safety tips, adding an exciting element to the day.

Health professionals also played a crucial role, instructing students and families about the importance of healthy eating and regular exercise. Their interactive sessions provided valuable insights and practical tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, reinforcing our commitment to the well-being of our students.
One of the highlights of the Open House was the showcase of our foreign language programs.
Attendees were impressed by the range of languages offered and the innovative teaching methods used to make language learning both effective and enjoyable. It was inspiring to see students and guests alike participating in language activities and appreciating the importance of global communication skills.
The day was filled with laughter, learning, and new connections. We were delighted to see so many prospective students and their families showing interest in joining the Drexel Academy community. The positive energy and enthusiasm shared by all attendees made the Open House a memorable event.
Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to making the Drexel Academy Open House a success. Your support and involvement are what make our school a special place, and we look forward to many more events that bring our community together.
